  • Economy-class airfare (inter-Brazil) per agenda

  • International travel reservations
  • Additional meals or beverages not listed in the scheduled agenda
  • Guestroom incidental charges (e.g. phone calls, internet service, room service, laundry, etc.)
  • Extensions beyond main program dates
  • Passport and/or visa
  • Travel Insurance
     


Note: We are partnering with Azumano Travel's Group Air Department to provide discounted airline travel assistance from Portland to Brazil, roundtrip. During the registration process you can request air travel itinerary options for your consideration. Note: In many cases flying out of Rio de Janeiro may lower the cost of an airline ticket.
