Payment Schedule:

           
            Program Participant:
            The initial deposit of $1,500 is due at the time of registration
            Final payment of $3,400 is due on or before June 6, 2012

            Guest:
            The initial deposit of $660 is due at the time of registration
            Final payment of $1,540 is due on or before June 6, 2012
           
            Rio de Janeiro - Two Night Extension:
            Per person based on double occupancy: $585 due on or before June 6, 2012
            Single Supplement: $445 due on or before June 6, 2012

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are acceptable forms of payment for deposit and subsequent payments. All payments will be processed by Global Incentive Group.

Program Cancellation Information:

            Cancellations received prior to June 6, 2012:
            15% penalty of the total package cost (Program Participant - $735; Guest - $330)

            Cancellations received from June 7, 2012 to August 10, 2012:
            50% penalty of the total package cost (Program Participant - $2,450; Guest - $1,100)
           
            Cancellations received from August 11, 2012 to October 1, 2012:
            75% penalty of the total package cost (Program Participant - $3,675; Guest - $1,650)
           
            Cancellations received from after October 1, 2012 are under full (100%) penalty

Rio de Janeiro Cancellation Information:

           
            Cancellations received on or after September 12, 2012 are under full (100%) penalty
