PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Total program cost: $3,299 per person, based on double occupancy, $600 additional for single supplement.

A deposit of $500 per person is due with the completed registration form.

The Global Incentive Group will send final invoices to you on April 1, 2012

Final payment is due by May 1, 2012.
